New in RFIDLinked: Audit Your RFID Tags with Confidence

If you're using RFID tags to track inventory, tools, or assets, keeping tabs on what’s missing - and what’s not - can be a real challenge. That’s why we’ve built a smarter way to stay on top of your RFID tagged items.

Introducing Product Definition Audit, a powerful new feature in RFIDLinked that lets you quickly verify your RFID tagged inventory with just a scan.

What Is Product Definition Audit?

Product Definition Audit is a built-in scanning tool that helps you identify which RFID tags are present, which are missing, and which Product Definitions / SKUs they belong to - all in real time.

It filters out noise by only recognizing tags that were printed from your account, so you can zero in on exactly what matters to your team.

Let’s say you’ve tagged multiple items across different product types for example:

  • Bottles of chemicals

  • Kits of tools

  • Electronics in storage

You can now walk into a room, start scanning, and instantly see:

Product Found / Total
Tool Kit A 8 / 10
Power Adapter 5 / 5
Sample Vials 12 / 20

RFIDLinked shows you how many tags were found for each product or SKU, and how many should exist based on your tag printing history, helping you quickly identify what’s missing.

Drill Down and Reconcile Your Inventory

For each Product, you can view:

  • Found Tags –Items detected in the current scan

  • Missing Tags Tags that should exist but weren’t found

  • All Printed Tags A full list of tags ever printed, with found tags highlighted in green

This gives you clear visibility into what’s on hand and what may need to be located, replaced, or investigated.

Exportable Audit Reports

Need to report your findings or share results with your team?

With a tap, you can export the audit into an XLS file, which includes:

  • A Summary Sheet of all Product Definitions found, with tag counts

  • A detailed sheet for each product, listing found and missing tags

It’s perfect for keeping records, handing off to operations or compliance teams, or logging audits over time.

Built for Any Workflow

Whether you’re:

  • Managing tools in a job trailer

  • Auditing lab inventory

  • Tracking assets across field sites

  • Verifying items before shipment

The Product Definition Audit tool gives you the confidence and clarity to know what’s accounted for without doing manual counts.

Try It Today

If you’ve already printed tags with RFIDLinked, you’re ready to start auditing. Just launch the Product Definition Audit tool from the RFID Audit menu, start scanning, and let the app do the work.
